P2L 2.0 (Pick to Light)
Flawless Picks, Every Time: Revolutionize Your Workflow

P2L 2.0 is a proprietary Pick-to-Light System for light-guided picking applications. Smart P2L strips are retrofitted on shelves (or racks) and they are controlled by Management software layer such as TMS, RMS. When an associate approaches a particular item in the pick list, the P2L 2.0 system turns on the P2L strip right under the item, resulting in a significant increase in picker reaction time and accuracy.

Multiple Color Feature

P2L 2.0 is incredibly fast to activate the destination LEDs with multi-color feature that allows parallel tasks. Each associate is assigned a color when picking starts, therefore multiple associates can work simultaneously in close proximity without interruption.

Flexible Bin Sizes

Bin sizes are software-defined, so that the same system can be used for both cases, totes and items and even pallets. Each bin size can be set as small as 2.5 cm or 1 inch, and as large as ± 2m ensuring that you can fit more products in smaller areas and get much more from your current space.

All Product Movements Accelerated

While Miggra Warehouse System (MWS) manages the storing and picking of merchandise, P2L guides associates to the right product at the right time. Your workers will be using P2L for functions other than picking such as put-away, shelf arrangement and counting. They will simply match the color on the screen with the color under the item.
